On the 6th Day of Cropping…

Creative-Memories-12-Days-Of-Cropping

On the 6th Day of Cropping, Creative Memories gave to me an idea showing six photographs…

And the use of a Border Maker, too.

To create this layout, you will need:

Use the red dotted paper as the base for this layout.

Cut a piece of the green patterned paper to measure 12″ x 5″.  Adhere horizontally across the center of the layout.

Using the Border Maker System with the Scalloped Dot Border Maker Cartridge, punch along a 12″ piece of Black Cardstock.  Cut to measure 3/4″ wide.  Adhere to the top edge of the layout. Repeat this step, and adhere to the bottom edge of the layout.

Print photos.  (5) 3″ x 4″, (1) 4″ X 3″

Cut six pieces from White Cardstock to measure 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″.  Adhere photos to the White Cardstock.  Adhere to the layout.

Cut a piece from the White Cardstock to measure 4″ x 1-1/4″.  Adhere the embellishment “Believe” to the cardstock using Repositionable Tape Runner Refill.  Adhere this piece on a piece of Black Cardstock to measure 4-1/4″ x 1-1/2″.  Adhere this piece to the layout using Foam Squares.

Adhere stickers with Foam Squares for added dimension.

Journal as desired.

Happy Creating!

  1. Great idea for five. It’s always so hard for me to get that many on a single page, but this doesn’t look crowded at all! Thanks for the photo measurements.

    1. I too love the “all about the photos” in this layout. And it still is well decorated, colorful and fun to view. I am really enjoying this 12 days of Christmas way of showing layouts.

  2. I loved the simplicity and striking colors that make this one of the best pages I’ve seen!
Most examples are too complex and don’t allow enough photos on a page.
    Thank you!

    1. I like this layout and the subject is something you will want to remember. The color choice anchors the page because it is very pleasing and directs attention to the pictures.
