7 Steps to Create a Military Scrapbook Layout

Celebrate those who have served our country with a layout using the Brave Paper Pack! The papers you see in the layout are inspired by all the past and present brave women and men who keep us safe. Pair this paper pack with the 4-Way Hearts and Stars Corner and Hole Punch and in seven simple steps, you can create this same layout. Let’s check it out!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use the gray patterned paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece from the dark blue patterned paper to measure 11″ x 11″. Adhere to the base.

Step 3: Cut a piece from the white patterned paper to measure 10-1/2″ x 10-1/2″. Adhere to the dark blue paper.

Step 4: Cut several strips that are varying lengths long by 1-1/5″ tall.  Using the 4-Way Hearts and Stars Corner and Hole Punch, punch the stars at the end of each piece. Adhere small scrap pieces of designer paper to the back of your strips, covering the star punch. Adhere to the far left side of the white paper. Tip: After adhering your photos, you can also add a strip to the right side of the layout.

Step 5: Cut a piece of gray patterned paper to measure 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ and a piece of blue patterned paper to 6-1/4″ x 4 1/4″. Adhere your 6×4 photo to the blue mat.

Step 6: Use the 4-Way Hearts and Stars Corner and Hole Punch to punch the corners of the gray piece. Then, tuck the edges into the slits of the gray mat. Adhere to the upper right-hand side of the layout.

Step 7: Trim the word “Brave” from the blue patterned word paper and adhere to the layout with Foam Squares.

Step 8: Adhere photos and journal as desired.
