The whole collection was made to celebrate spring days, nature and all the other eye-opening parts of life. And speaking of eye-opening, the new Blend & Bloom Pink Paper Pack is a sight to be seen. It’s bright, it’s vivid and it makes it easier than ever to create gorgeous layouts. See an example of one of these pink scrapbook layouts in today’s blog post!
To create this layout, you will need:
- Blend & Bloom Pink Paper Pack
- Blend & Bloom Foiled Flower Embellishments
- Blend & Bloom Embellishments
- Blend & Bloom Greenery Embellishments
- 12-inch Straight Trimmer
- All-Purpose Scissors
- Tape Runner
- Foam Squares
Step 1: Use the heart patterned paper for your base. Using the 12-inch Straight Trimmer, cut the spotted paper to measure 4-1/4″ x 12″ and adhere it to the bottom of the base.
Step 2: Use the trimmer to cut a 3/4″ x 12″ strip of the pink triangle patterned paper. Adhere it directly above the heart patterned paper.
Step 3: Cut four 6″ x 6″ squares in the following four sheets: the plaid patterned paper, the painterly gingham patterned paper, the grid patterned paper and the dark pink dotted paper. Stack the papers atop one another in the center, then arrange them as shown. Rotate each of the sheets slightly from one another so that each sheet is visible. Adhere these sheets to the base.
Step 4: Cut two 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ squares of the pink triangle patterned paper. Place them in the top left and bottom right of the rotated sheets. Adhere them to the page and place your photos on the squares.
Step 5: Embellish your layout by adding embellishments. Use Foam Squares on some to add dimension.
This pink scrapbook layout makes any set of photos look playful, vivacious and fun. The new Blend & Bloom collection is all about taking different colours and using them in ways that breathe new life into the photos you put on the page.
